Next up: be on the lookout for information on a return trip to Gibbs Gardens to see the late Spring and early summer blooms at this magnificent attraction. In addition, this year we will either eat lunch at the Gibbs so you have more time to venture around the grounds or eat BBQ at a local’s favorite restaurant. After that we will venture over to the Funk Heritage Center displaying and educating on the Cherokee who lived in the North Georgia region years ago as well as see the largest collection of hand tools ever displayed. And finally, we will drop by the Feather’s Edge Winery where you can sample some of their award-winning wines and check out an incredible gift store of artisan collections. Date to be announced.
