Gibbs Gardens Day Tour - approx. 9 hours in length

Join us this Thursday, May 23rd for a day trip to Gibbs Gardens to see the late spring and early summer blooms. Lunch will available for purchase at this magnificent flowery attraction. In addition, we will drop by the Feather’s Edge Winery, where you can sample award-winning wines and check out an incredible gift store of artisan collections. After that we will venture over to the Funk Heritage Center where you will find a display of Cherokee artifacts and learn more about these people who lived in the North Georgia region years ago. You can also see the largest collection of historic hand tools ever displayed. Everyone will receive a special gift as well as enjoying fellowship with others while making new friends.

 Things you will need to bring:           

 • A camera to take pictures of the incredible gardens

                  • Sunscreen and possibly sunglasses

                  • Comfortable shoes for walking the gardens and museum

                  • A great friendly attitude as we always have fun on these excursions

 Limited seating available. We currently only have a few open spots left and they will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis. You will travel in the comfort of a luxurious limousine with captain seats. WindStone residents will be picked up and dropped off at their front door. We will start picking up passengers at 8 a.m. and will return between 4:30 – 5:00 p.m. depending on traffic.

 Price: $100 per person (Includes fees for entry into Gibbs Gardens and Funk Heritage Center.)
